I have worked as a journalist, writer, editor and content creator for fourteen years and it was in 2017 that I began working independently. In these four years, I have worked with multiple clients that include leading digital news and print media, publishing houses and top multinational and FMCG firms.
I was the Consultant Content Developer for Unilever where I wrote, edited, proofread, made final reviews of all content for the official website. I coordinated with agencies and in-house content and marketing teams.
I worked as the Researcher at Endemol Shine India for an upcoming docuseries that is to go on air on one of the leading OTT platforms.
As the Sunday Columnist at HuffPost India, I wrote long-format, well-researched and topical pieces on women’s wellness, mental health, sex and relationship.
As the Consultant Editor for (FYI) For Young India, I write and edit coffee-table books for clients such as UltraTech and Tata Tiscon. I also work on 360° content for client websites, apps and events.
As the Assistant Editor at ASAPP Info Global, I brought out CW Interiors, a decade-old monthly architecture magazine, all by myself. I wrote and edited articles and coordinated with designers and the management and marketing team. I managed the social media for events such as the prestigious CWAB Awards.
Prior to 2017, I worked at Spenta Multimedia as the Assistant Editor and led a team of writers, designers, photographers, marketing experts and freelancers for MARWAR India Magazine.
My journey as a media professional and journalist, which began with Indian Express as a Staff Reporter, and then as Senior Sub-Editor with Hindustan Times and then The Telegraph, has instilled in me invaluable professional skills and integrity.
Producing high quality, meaningful content on time and coordinating with different stakeholders, while ensuring profitability and visibility for my clients, are what I achieve through my work.
